Experience the mountains... from the air
Fancy a change of perspective? In Puy Saint Vincent, tandem paragliding lets you fly over the resort and the Vallouise valley, supervised by an experienced instructor. In winter, you take off on skis from an altitude of 2,400 m, then glide down to the snow front at 1,400 m - an aerial descent with a vertical drop of around 1,000 m.

Take to the skies! Paragliding at Puy Saint Vincent is the perfect way to combine adrenaline and spectacle. Take off directly from the heights of the resort, skis on in winter, for a smooth flight over the slopes and the Vallouise valley. Supervised by a qualified instructor, you'll enjoy a scenic flight over the resort, with panoramic views of the Écrins massif and larch forests. Depending on conditions, the flight can take a number of different routes, including to the Narreyroux valley or the Col de la Pousterle, before landing quietly on the snow face at 1400 m. An aerial descent of around 1,000 metres in height, both gentle and thrilling - the perfect way to discover the mountains in a different way.

Take-off: approx. 2,400 m altitude, landing: resort snow front at ~1,400 m.
Average duration: ~12 minutes for a typical flight from the resort. Outside school vacations, it is possible to fly as far as Vallouise. It's a flight with a 1400 m vertical drop that takes you through the Vallée de Bans (duration: ~ 20 minutes)
Conditions: ski level required = comfortable on blue runs; take-off with skis on (snowboard not accepted). For children, flights are usually scheduled in the morning. They must have 3rd star level to take off.
Passenger weight: minimum ~30 kg, maximum ~110 kg depending on conditions and level.
Booking: compulsory, as flights are subject to weather and aerological conditions.
Recommended equipment: warm clothing (as for skiing), gloves, goggles, helmet recommended.
Prerequisites: valid ski pass required to access the lift used.
