Where can I collect my package?

In one of our Kiosks: at 1600 in the room opposite the swimming pool, next to the tourist office or at 1400 (next to the cash desks)

Do I have to pay for support for my package?

Only when you buy your first package (at the checkout or on our website), yes, the holder (also called "Keycard") costs just €2.

Is lift access free for babies?

Yes !
Children under 5 years of age (before December 01 of each season) have free access to the lifts, subject to the issue of a transport ticket (charged at €5, excluding support card).
