For spectators, it's a not-to-be-missed event: the sound of freewheeling, committed passages, explosive relaunching, compressed support and a paddock atmosphere. For riders, it's a real opportunity to see what DH can do at a high level on a spot that's rising high on the mountain bike landscape.

A week after the DH, there's a change of pace but no change of intensity: it's time for the Coupe de France XCO. Here, the climbs are hard, the relaunch is non-stop, there's friction at the start, and it's as much a question of legs as lucidity on the handlebars.
The Puy Saint Vincent circuit (Le Sarou Trail) combines forest tracks, singles, technical sections, rock gardens and natural obstacles. The result: a complete terrain, perfect for judging riders capable of combining power, precision and commitment. The kind of format where every lap counts, every trajectory saves energy and every restart can make the race explode.
