The Tourist Office uses the Apidae tourism database to reference events organized in Puy Saint Vincent. This platform is shared by many tourist offices in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. It enables information to be widely distributed on various partner websites and agendas.

  • Please fill in the information as accurately as possible.

  • The name of the event should be clear and immediately identify the type of event. You can use the following model:
    Type of event: Name of event - Possible complement
    Example: Running event: Les Foulées givrées

  • The short description should present the event as a whole. Avoid repeating information already given in other fields, such as times, location or prices.

  • The detailed description provides additional information: program, atmosphere, conditions of participation, audience, practical details, etc. It should not simply repeat the short description.

  • To ensure effective communication, please complete this form as early as possible, ideally one month before the event.

  • Please also send us a good-quality, royalty-free visual, or one for which you have the necessary authorizations.

Consult the calendar of events to check that your event is not already listed.
If your event already appears on our website, but you would like to modify or add certain information, please contact us by e-mail, specifying :

  • the name of the event ;
  • date ;
  • location ;
  • elements to be modified.
