The chalet is located at an altitude of 1530 m, in the Prey Sabeyran district, about 1500 m from the village of Les Prés de Puy Saint Vincent, 1400 m station (bottom of slopes and ski lifts).
Parking next to the chalet. Access to the chalet is directly from the Route de la Pousterle (always cleared of snow).
In winter, you can ski directly to the PSV 1400 station via a connecting piste in the woods, where you can take the lift to access all the pistes in the entire resort.
Ski directly back to the chalet via the Tournoux slopes.
For very young beginners: take the road down to the resort: lessons and snow garden available.
Cross-country skiing: pistes start 200 m away.
In summer, direct departure from the chalet for walks or bike rides.
In the village, you'll find a mini-market, a tobacco bar, two hotel-restaurants and sports stores.
Description
Facing south and north, number of main rooms: 7.
The surface area of each level is approx. 55 m², i.e. 165 m² in total.
An interior tiled staircase connects the floors.
Outside on the south side, the living room opens onto a large terrace, with tables and seating.
Kitchen equipment and crockery are adequate for 12 people.
Heating is provided by electric convector heaters with individually adjustable thermostats, as well as by the highly efficient wood-burning insert.
Household linen, such as sheets, towels, tablecloths etc., is not provided.
Comforters are available for each bed, i.e. 4 140 and 5 90 comforters: please bring the appropriate covers.
65x65 pillows are available for each bed: please bring the corresponding pillow covers.
The tenant is responsible for cleaning the chalet during his stay and on departure. The chalet must be left in the condition in which the tenant wishes to find it on arrival.
If the tenant does not have the time to clean the chalet on departure, the owner may take care of it, but he must be informed 48 hours before departure, and an additional 100 euros will be charged.
